This weekly women’s group is for those experiencing burnout who want practical tools, connection, and embodied change. We meet Tuesdays, 7:45–9:00 AM, to process and apply concepts from Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle. Each session combines brief teaching, guided practice, and supportive discussion so you can translate ideas from the book into daily life.
What to expect
A consistent structure: we begin with grounding and mindfulness to arrive safely in the body and mind.
Short, focused teaching connected to the week’s reading and themes from the book.
Somatic practices to help complete the stress cycle—movement, breath interventions, and simple body-based exercises.
Parts work to explore internal conflicts, unmet needs, and the protective roles that fuel burnout.
Group processing and application: share reflections, experiment with new strategies, and get feedback in a confidential, supportive setting.
Actionable takeaways you can use between sessions to reduce overwhelm and build sustainable routines.
